International Screens & Gaming Coaching
Is your child's gaming or screen use out of control and you can't find anyone locally who actually knows this area?
Dr Brad works with families and individuals across the United States, Asia, and beyond through structured video consultation coaching. Wherever you are, you don't have to figure this out alone.
What We Offer
Dr Brad's international service is a coaching and consultation program. For clients based outside Australia, sessions focus on practical guidance, parent strategies, and structured support rather than formal psychological assessment or treatment.
Sessions are goal-focused and practical. Depending on your situation, coaching can include:
• Understanding what is driving your child's screen or gaming behaviour
• Education on why screens and gaming are so hard to manage
• Structured parent coaching using Dr Brad's evidence-informed strategies
• Step-by-step guidance on setting limits, having difficult conversations, and implementing a plan at home
• Individual consultation for adults navigating their own screen or gaming concerns
• Ongoing troubleshooting when things aren't going to plan
Who Is This For?
Parents and families dealing with:
• A child or teenager spending excessive time gaming or online
• Gaming disorder or internet gaming disorder concerns
• Smartphone or social media overuse affecting sleep, school, or family life
• A child who refuses to engage with any help and won't attend appointments
• Families who have tried setting limits and keep running into walls
Adults dealing with:
• Their own relationship with gaming or screens that has gotten out of hand
• Technology use affecting work, relationships, or daily functioning
Your location doesn't matter. All sessions are delivered via secure video consultation.
What If My Child Won't Come?
This is the most common situation Dr Brad hears from international families.
You don't need your child in the room to make progress. For many families, starting with parent coaching alone is not only enough — it's the better starting point. Dr Brad has published peer-reviewed research showing that parent-focused strategies, without the child attending sessions at all, produced meaningful improvements in gaming disorder and smartphone overuse in children and adolescents.
If your child or loved one is refusing to engage, a parent coaching session is the right first step.
